Most of our residents are able to spend their last days at Glasfryn without having to be moved to hospital or hospice as we have our own equipment such as syringe drivers to look after pain relief and related care needs. We also liaise closely with the palliative care team.
Residents are able to spend their last days in familiar surroundings, with staff they have grown to know and trust, with their families in close proximity at all times and with the warmth, dignity, care and support they deserve.
